Head chef Jörg Klein presents in this cooking classes New Zealand's "Crossover-Kitchen". Affected by the English cuisine for a long time, it offers international influences and combines them with local products nearly since 10 years. Especially appreciated all over the world are the lamb of high quality. Due to the particular climate tropical and subtropical fruit and also vegetable prosper very well.

If you want to get familiar with New Zealand’s kitchen, you should not miss the cooking classes. Like in every year Jörg Klein offers a lively and delicious approach on the host country that evening.

  • 1 cooking knife
  • 1 knife for vegetable
  • 1 bin for left-overs
