The Canadian cuisine is characterized by its many immigrants. It contains influences from English, American and French cuisine. Fish, seafood and game, such as bison, are particularly popular in the Canadian kitchen.

The appetizing starter will be poutine, depending on availability we will taste bison and finish with a delicious dessert.
