by Hans-Christian Radenbach

Wittgenstein meets Finland. While people in Wittgenstein love the pork sausage people in Finland prefer the saunalenkki sausage. Learn to prepare different Finnish specialties like saunalenkki sausages, biff a la Lindstroem, crayfish and other delectability. Finnish cooking is simple, healthy and rustic but at the same time varied and full of surprises.
