The Indonesian kitchen is the most versatile kitchen in the world as it is characterized by diverse recipes and almost uncountable food products.

It does not matter if you like it hellish hot or delicious sweet – culinary connoisseurs or gourmets will definitely enjoy the event. The kitchen is significantly influenced by Indian, Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese kitchen. Prepare different delicious meals from Indonesia.

Please bring along:

• 1 cooking knife
• 1 small knife
• 1 vessel for waste

Hans-Christian Radenbach has been a cookery teacher for several years at the Berufskolleg and he will present the special features of the Indonesian kitchen.

It promises to be an entertaining and palatable evening.
