What’s more connected to cheese than the current host countries of the Literaturpflaster, Flanders and the Netherlands? Cheese and Holland are almost synonyms, but to see that there’s more to the Netherlands than just Gouda, you can savor it slowly this evening. Just the different maturity levels create a unique tasting experience with different ranges: joung, belegen, oud snijdbar.
The team of "naturale – der Bioladen" has arranged a selection of Dutch and Flemish cheeses for this evening which let your mouth water in advance.
With information round about cheese, its production and characteristics, the cheese tasting will be topped off with a glass of German wine or a refreshing beer.
