"Alte Schule"
Last year, the participants of the theme dinner could enjoy Indonesian delicacies. It is quite exciting to examine in this year which spices and side dishes of the former colony can be found in the Dutch kitchen. In any case the Flemish-Dutch kitchen means much more than croquettes, bitterballen and fries. Delicious fish dishes, fresh from the North Sea, a crispy variation of vegetables in combination with Indonesian spices and a really creative and tasty desserts.
Gerda Kampmann will guide you through the evening in Dutch and between the courses of the dinner visitors will get to know some humorous facets of our neighbours.
"Dat ziet er lekker uit", as the Dutchman says!
