"Alte Schule"
The Indonesian kitchen is characterized by a large variety of spices, vegetables and sauces. Vegetarian meals are very popular in Indonesia but there are also many dishes with meat. The basis is always rice and it is surprising to experience the different methods of preparation. The various names of the dishes are really appetizing: Nasi Campur, Tempe Goreng or Sate Ayam, to cite just a few examples.
On this evening Chef Martin Koch and his team of the restaurant "Alte Schule" invite anyone interested in a culinary journey to Indonesia.
Enjoy this evening and get a real "foretaste" in a literal sense of Indonesia, the host country of the Frankfurter Book Fair. Indonesian decoration will make the evening perfect. "Welcome."
