The french word for cheese "fromage" itself melts in one's mouth. This evening you will get to know at "naturale - Der Bioladen" the richly facetted world of French cheese. Silvia Dickel has succeeded at engaging Ingeborg Göpel as a qualified person for the presentation of cheese from France.
The guests of the past cheese tasting at the Literaturpflaster "Netherlands and Flanders" are still enthusiastic about the delicacies and the culinary feast of the team "naturale"; so all interested people can look forward to an excursion into the culinary world of French cheese. Whether it is about world-famous classics, e.g. The Brie de Meaux and the Roquefort, or duly proven innovations such as the Paillet de Chèvre or cheese of protected origin, e.g. The Comté and Reblochon, feel free to test and taste here.

Ingeborg Göpel
Qualified engineer for dairy business and specialized in the product cheese. She originates from a dairy farm which was converted to organic farming already in 1982. Ingeborg Göpel became a dairy expert at the age of only 17. She has produced cheese in France, Switzerland and Germany. After studying dairy industry, she was a research associate at the dairy industry school in Hanover. Before she was at the head of a personnel development department for 7 years, she was a cheese seminar leader for SOPEXA Deutschland for 12 years, a marketing agency for food, wine & lifestyle.
Now she is assisting the cheese expert team as a customer caretaker at Vallée Verte.
