Dutch kitchen
Besides frikandel or chips Dutch kitchen means simple, good and solid food with influences from Indonesia. Certainly there are some participants remembering the cooking course "Indonesia" in the past year and it will be quite interesting to identify parallels and differences. Of course beginners are welcome as well.
In Flanders people prefer a rustic kitchen with meat, venison and fish.
