Presenting the French cuisine in just one evening is a challenge. France has as many specialties and culinary delights to offer as regions. The fish dishes of the coastal regions alone differ fundamentally because the Atlantic Sea offers a completely different fish diversity than the Mediterranean Sea or oyster cultivation in Brittany. From solid sausage creations from the north, tarte flambée from Alsace, Quiche from Lorraine up to quail from Périgord, the selection is almost infinite.

The team of the restaurant "Alte Schule" has the task of presenting the variety of the French cuisine and putting together a well-rounded menu. Good food has a high priority in France and is regularly celebrated with friends and family.
