The Norwegian cuisine offers a variety of different dishes, which you can get to know on this evening. Classically, the menu includes fish, game, goat and lamb, as this reflects the peculiarities of each region. Prepare with chef Hans-Christian Radenbach a 3-course Norwegian menu within the context of the Literaturpflaster in Bad Berleburg. Stain salmon or fry a juicy rack of lamb.
