Wine tasting session "France"

The wine country France is so diverse that it can't be fully explored with a single wine tasting. Friedhelm Conrad, the senior chef of the wine specialist shop "La Cave" from Bad Laasphe, provides a choice of especial wines from the French wine regions which appeals to both connoisseurs and wine lovers without much prior knowledge.

Friedhelm Conrad brings along 20 years of experience to his events like "La Cave Weinforum" or "Vinum Culinarium" from which guests can benefit on this evening. He maintains contacts with top winemakers and was nominated as "Commandeur d‘ Honneur" by the historic wine club in Bordeaux. Consequently he is not just able to report on the characteristics of the presented wines, he also knows about the country, the people and entertaining events. The evening will be topped off by small fitting appetizers, the "Amuse Gueule".

The distinctive atmosphere of the slate tunnel has been a real secret tip for a special wine event since the Brazil wine tasting. However, solid footwear and proper clothes are requirements to enjoy the evening at temperatures of an ideal wine cellar.
