Brazilian kitchen
There is no typical "Brazilian kitchen" – that is hardly surprising if you consider that Brazil covers four climate zones and the population consists of different groups like natives and immigrants from Europe, Africa and Asia.
Due to this diversity the Brazilian kitchen is rich in variety and greater than the sum of its parts. You might be familiar with "Faijoada" but the participants of this course will get to know more about Brazil: its diverse spices, garnishes like manioc or rice, or vegetable like beans and corn, not forgetting meat and fish.
